It was a tread to create this limited edition cookie box enclosure for the Hofbäckerei(Baker) Tax,a local bakery which opened its doors in 1569 and even supplied the Habsburg Empiror. To create an illustration from the famous wood carved facade(done by Anton Irschik in 1896) was a nice illustration task for the honor and tread. With all this tradition it is now run as family business and even has its own flagship store in Tokyo these days.
